A new, early learning storytime geared toward children who have a hard time in larger story time groups, are on the autism spectrum, or are sensitive to sensory overload will be offered at the Stillwater Public Library the first three Thursdays in August at 10:30 a.m. All appropriate aged children are invited to any of the story times, but this story time may be more enjoyable for some children with autism. Librarians will use preschool-level books, songs and movement during the story times. Registration is not required but, space is limited to the first ten children to keep the group size intentionally small.
