Third Course: Chestnut Hill Brown Ale is paired with Raad Naa Gai: Wide Rice Noodles with Yellow Bean Sauce, Chicken & Chinese Broccoli
Fourth Course: Silhouette Russian Imperial Stout is paired with Pad Panang Moo: Panang Curry Stir Fry with Pork & Ripe Mango
Fifth Course: Hop Dish IPA is paired with Sangkaya: Steamed Pandan Custard in Kabocha Squash with Coconut Sauce
