Gallery: ‘Pictures of Stillwater’ Photographers Capture Stunning Images of St. Croix River Crest

The waters of our beloved St. Croix River are receding, but not before Stillwater photographers captured some stunning images of the recent crest.

The St. Croix River crested on Sunday, July 17 at 686.12 feet.  A no-wake zone restriction (683 feet) was enacted on the St. Croix River from Taylors Falls to the Mississippi River in Prescott on July 15, and is expected to stay in place into next week.
