Football Friday: Stillwater Routes St. Paul Central 56-15 in Home Opener

Stillwater got things rolling right out of the gate Friday night and never looked back beating St. Paul Central 56-15 in the Ponies home opener.

The Ponies improved to 2-0 on the season, and head to Forest Lake (0-2) next week.

East Ridge and Mounds View each improved to 2-0 on the season and in the SEC Friday night. East Ridge (2-0) beat Cretin Durham-Hall 23-7, while Mounds View pounded White Bear Lake 49-0.

Mounds View (2-0) and Cretin (1-1) hook up next week. East Ridge (2-0) will play Mahtomedi (1-1).
