School choirs, church choirs, groups and families will come together in memory of Zach Sobiech to sing and raise funds for the KS95 for Kids Radiothon, an annual fundraiser benefiting local nonprofits Children’s Cancer Research Fund and Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare.

Sobiech passed away on May 20, 2013 after battling osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. Earlier that month, SoulPancake released a documentary about Sobiech and his life for their series, My Last Days.

Through his battle, Zach turned to music and recorded the hit song “Clouds,” which has had more than 12 million views on YouTube and became a No. 1 selling song on iTunes.
